AZ COFFEE
Now Shipping: 2025 Harvest

Uganda's Finest
Export Standard.

Precision processing from the volcanic soils of Mt. Elgon to the global market. We are your direct, reliable partner for premium African Arabica & Robusta.

Our Philosophy

Reliability is our
primary product.

"Buying coffee from East Africa can be unpredictable. AZ Premium changes that narrative. By owning the washing stations and overseeing the drying beds, we ensure that every container leaving Kampala meets rigorous international specifications."

Coffee Cherries

"Strict red-cherry only policy ensures maximum sugar content."

01

Selective Harvesting

Quality starts on the volcanic slopes. Before the coffee reaches our station, it is hand-sorted and float-tested. We reject any under-ripes immediately.

  • Hand Picked Selection
  • Floatation Sorted
02

Washing & Fermentation

We pulp using eco-friendly disc pulpers, then ferment in fresh mountain water for 24-48 hours. This develops the clean, bright acidity Uganda is famous for.

Slow Sun Drying

Beans are spread thin on raised African mesh beds. Turned by hand every 30 minutes to ensure even drying until moisture hits the precise 11-12% mark.
